"The technician from Air Conditioning Concepts showed up on time and got started immediately on checking and cleaning our split AC units. We have a mix of old Friedrich and newer Mitsubishi units, and he knew how to service both with no problem. He was able to get 2 of the old units up and running by adding coolant to both and retaping the wiring on one of them. Throughout the process he was very polite, had a positive attitude and took the time to talk to us about the age and duration of our units, what he found while maintaining them, and how he fixed them.
